• This Offer will only be available to MTN (PayAsYouGo) Prepaid customers.
• The packaged Social Bundle’s value shall only be depleted when a participating customer generates allowed social media traffic within the classified Social Media Service.
• The customer’s Social Bundle shall be depleted first in an instance when the customer has an activated Data bundle plus a Social Bundle.
• Standard data charges shall be applicable for Social Bundles usage when the Customer does not have an activated Data bundle with a positive balance.
• All Social Bundles shall have a carry-over when one service is loaded on the wallet and when multiple Adhoc/ recurring services are loaded.
• When a Customer loads an Adhoc service and chooses to load an additional Adhoc service, the Adhoc wallet shall be extended by one calendar month.
• The expiry date gets extended based on the new Adhoc Social Bundle Service added, i.e. date of the new service loaded.
• When a PayAsYouGo customer loads a recurring service and chooses to load an additional recurring service, the recurring wallet shall be extended by one calendar month. The expiry date will get extended based on the new service that has been added.
• Customers will only be able to buy a maximum of 5 (five) MTN Facebook and 5 (five) YouTube bundles per validity. i.e. A customer can purchase 5(five) MTN Daily Facebook and 5 (five) YouTube Bundles per day, The same will apply for weekly and monthly YouTube and Facebook bundles i.e. customers will only be able to purchase 5 (five) MTN Weekly or Monthly Facebook and, or YouTube bundles in 7 days or 30 days period respectively.
• Upon SIM Swap, customers shall not forfeit any of the new Internet Service values they had prior to the SIM Swap.
• International data roaming usage shall not deplete any of the new Social Bundles.
• Customers who have any of the Internet Services can access Messaging, Social Networking, Internet Surfing IP and this will be charged from the customer’s fair use allowance for a period of 30 days from the day of purchase. Once the Inclusive fair use allowance is depleted, Out of fair use rates shall apply.
• Once the 30-day validity period has lapsed, usage beyond the monthly fair use allocation shall be billed at the applicable Price Plan or Ad hoc rate.
• PayAsYouGo customers shall be able to purchase recurring Social Bundles via the self-services channels.
